The Tecumseh High School Boys Swim Team competed against the Jackson Vikings on Thursday 1/17 at the Tecumseh Community Pool. The final score was Jackson 111, Tecumseh 63. Although Jackson outscored Tecumseh, the Tecumseh boys won 6/12 events and had 11 season best times, 7 of which were high school career best times. Among these best times included a state cut by Kyle Mitchell in the 100 Yard Butterfly with a time of 55.58, a MISCA cut by Giovanni Lore in the 100 Yard Freestyle with a time of 50.91, and a MISCA cut by Kyle Mitchell in the 200 Yard Individual Medley with a time of 2:09.20. The Tecumseh Boys will head to Erie Mason for an invitational this Saturday 1/19. Their next dual meet will be at Ann Arbor Huron High School on Thursday 1/24 at 6pm.
