The Tecumseh High School Girls Swim and Dive Team competed against the Ypsilanti High School Girls Swim Team at the Tecumseh Community Pool on Thursday September 12th. Tecumseh out swam Ypsilanti with a final score of Tecumseh 121, Ypsilanti 47. Tecumseh placed first in 9 out of the 12 events. The Tecumseh girls ended the night with 14 best times and 2 new State cuts, including Linda Hensley in the 100 yard Butterfly with a time of 1:02.10 and the 200 yard Freestyle Relay of Linda Hensley, Kylie Dawley, Julianne Lore, and Emily Solarski with a time of 1:45.23. The next competition for the Tecumseh Girls Swim and Dive Team will take place at the Tecumseh Community Pool on Tuesday September 17th against the Chelsea High School Girls Swim and Dive Team.
