Tecumseh´s Varsity Boys Basketball team found itself trying to claw it´s way back into the game several times at Adrian.  After battling back several times, the Maples finally put the game out of reach in the 4th quarter.  The final score ended up 49-66.  With the loss, the Indians fell to 1-9 / 0-6 SEC White.

¨Adrian wanted it more.  They played more intense.  Played better defense.  Kept possessions alive, etc.  We had some good stretches, but need to play more consistent team basketball.  We have some guys pressing right now.  Trying to do too much.  The guys need to trust each other and play as a team if we want to start winning,¨ commented Coach Mike Ruhl.

Statistically for Tecumseh were Macguire Hawley with 11 points and 3 assists; Ryan Clary (5 rebounds and 6 assists) and Michael Rine with 10 points each; Cormac Phelan and Alex Lawson (11 rebounds) with 6 points each;  Joe Kane with 4 points; and JJ Arbini with 2 points.
