5 THS Boys Varsity Swimmers Heading to States

Five members of the Tecumseh High School Boys Swim Team have qualified and will be heading to the MHSAA Division 3 State Swim Meet at Oakland University this weekend with Prelims on Friday 3/8 and Finals on Saturday 3/9. Kyle Mitchell qualified in 6 events and has chosen to swim the 100 yard Butterfly and 100 yard Breaststroke and will be part of the 200 yard Medley Relay and the 200 yard Freestyle Relay. Giovanni Lore qualified in 4 events and will swim the 100 yard Butterfly and 100 yard Freestyle and will be part of the 200 yard Medley Relay and the 200 yard Freestyle Relay. Other members of the team that will participate as part of the 200 yard Medley Relay and 200 yard Freestyle Relay include Cole Wanzeck, Gabe Roberts, and Alex Mitchell. There will be a clap-out for the team on Thursday around 2:40pm in the halls of Tecumseh High School.
