The Tecumseh High School Boys Swim Team competed in their final dual meet of the season against the Jackson High School Swim and Dive Team on Thursday 3/4 at the Tecumseh Community Pool.  The final score was Jackson 141, Tecumseh 25.  The 5 Tecumseh Boys finished with 9 season best times, 7 of which were High School Career Best Times.  Best Times included: Max Gilbert and Kyle Mackey in the 200 yard Freestyle with respective times of 2:30.63 and 2:56.24; Grant Fahle and Michael Root in the 50 yard Freestyle with respective times of 26:30 and 38.45; Colton Caudill and Kyle Mackey in the 100 yard Freestyle with respective times of 1:04.08 and 1:11.95; Grant Fahle in the 500 yard Freestyle with a time of 6:08.94, winning first place; Max Gilbert in the 100 yard Backstroke with a time of 1:24.87; and Colton Caudill in the 100 yard Breaststroke with a time of 1:43.32.  The boys also had 5 best relay splits including all 4 swimmers in the 200 yard Medley Relay of Max Gilbert swimming 50 yard backstroke in 36.03, Colton Caudill swimming 50 yard Breaststroke in 46.28, Grant Fahle swimming 50 yard Butterfly in 28.22, and Michael Root swimming 50 yard Freestyle in 37.51; and Kyle Mackey swimming 50 Freestyle in the 200 yard Freestyle Relay with a time of 29.99. The THS Boys Swim Team will head to their SEC White Conference meet on Saturday 3/13 at the Dexter Community Pool.  There will be no spectators at this event, but it will be live streamed at https://youtu.be/FIfkA9iIieU.
