The Tecumseh High School Boys Swim Team competed against the Erie Ida Swim and Dive Team on Tuesday 1/18 at the Tecumseh Community Pool.  The final score was Erie Ida 128 and Tecumseh 35.  The Tecumseh Boys finished the meet with 9 High School Career Best Times and also had 7 first time swims.  High School Career Best Times were achieved by: Colton Caudill, Aidan Gero, and Aidan Kennedy in the 50 yard Freestyle with respective times of 27.58, 31.81 and 32.56; Ethan Emerick in the 100 yard Freestyle with a time of 1:27.62; and Colton Caudill in the 100 yard Backstroke with a time of 1:21.87.  Other High School Career Best times were achieved on relays with splits by Michael Root in the 200 yard Medley Relay and Aidan Gero, Colton Caudill, and Dylan Taylor in the 400 yard Freestyle Relay.  First time swims included Ethan Emerick in the 50 yard Backstroke as part of the 200 yard Medley Relay with a time of 43.37; Dylan Taylor in the 200 yard Freestyle with a time of 2:22.77; Colton Caudill in the 200 yard Individual Medley with a time of 2:42.75; Aidan Gero and Aidan Kennedy in  the 500 yard Freestyle with respective times of 7:24.75 and 7:57.07; Michael Root in the 100 yard Backstroke with a time of 1:36.98; and Dylan Taylor in the 100 yard Breaststroke with a time of 1:29.84.
