The Tecumseh High School Girls Swim Team completed against Milan on Tuesday 9/11 at the Milan High School Pool.  The final score was Milan 117 and Tecumseh 66.  Tecumseh finished with 7 new MISCA cuts, 2 new State cuts, and 2 new THS Freshman Pool Records.   State qualifiers included freshman Linda Hensley in the 500 Freestyle with a time of 5:30.35 and senior Ashlyn Clewis in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 55.77.  Along with those qualifiers, Tecumseh also had 5 more MISCA qualifications including the 200 Medley Relay of Ashlyn Clewis, Veda Massanari-Thatcher, Kamilla Linn, and Julianne Lore with a time of 1:59.74, the 200 Medley Relay of Amelia Danley, Linda Hensley, Kylie Balent, and Kylie Dawley with a time of 2:00.54, Kamilla Linn in the 100 Butterfly with a time of 1:04.57, the 200 Freestyle Relay of Veda Massenari-Thatcher, Julianne Lore, Emma Hoffman, and Ashlyn Clewis with a time of 1:48.56, and the 400 Freestyle Relay of Kylie Balent, Amelia Danley, Kylie Dawley, and Linda Hensley with a time of 4:00.96. The two freshman relays that included Kylie Balent, Amelia Danley, Kylie Dawley, and Linda Hensley also broke the THS freshman records. Tecumseh's next meet is a double dual meet against Saline and Adrian on Thursday 9/13 at the Tecumseh Community Pool.
