The Tecumseh High School Girls Swim and Dive Team competed in a quad meet against Lincoln, Monroe, and Ann Arbor Pioneer at Pioneer High School on Thursday September 19th. Tecumseh had 2 overall wins and 1 lose with final scores being Tecumseh 120 vs. Monroe 56; Tecumseh 128 vs. Lincoln 46; and Ann Arbor Pioneer 138 vs. Tecumseh 47. The Tecumseh girls ended the night with 16 season best times, 8 of which were high school career best times. Tecumseh won 3/12 events against Ann Arbor Pioneer and 9/12 events against Lincoln and Monroe. Linda Hensley made a state cut in the 100 yard Freestyle with a time of 53.99. The girls also bettered 4 previously made state cuts.
