The Tecumseh High School Girls Swim and Dive Team competed against the Jackson High School Girls Swim and Dive Team at Jackson High School on Tuesday October 8th. The final score was Jackson 97 and Tecumseh 89. Emily Solarski broke the Jackson High School Pool Record in the 100 yard Butterfly with a time of 59.31. The Tecumseh girls ended the night with 10 season best times, 7 of which were high school career best times. Tecumseh won 7/12 events. Swimmers that have qualified for MISCA will compete on Saturday 10/12 at Calvin University against other teams from around the state that have also qualified. These swimmers include: Linda Hensley, Emily Solarski, Julianne Lore, Makayla Sanders, Kylie Dawley, Amelia Danley, and Kylie Balent. The whole team will compete again on Thursday 10/17 at Adrian High School at 6pm.
