The Tecumseh High School Girls Swim Team competed against the Pinckney High School Girls Swim Team at the Tecumseh Community Pool on Tuesday October 5th.  The final score was Tecumseh 108 and Pinckney 52.  Tecumseh finished the night with first place finishes in all 11 events and 17 season best times, 7 of which were high school career best times.  First place finishes included the 200 Medley Relay team of Kylie Balent, Lauren Stimpson, Amelia Danley, and Norah Fraker with a time of 2:07.98, Makayla Sanders in the 200 yard Freestyle with a season best time of 2:10.67,  Amelia Danley in the 200 Individual Medley with a season best time of 2:27.85, Lauren Stimpson in the 50 yard Freestyle with a high school career best time of 27.87, Kylie Balent in the 100 yard Butterfly with a time of 1:09.18, Linda Hensley in the 100 yard Freestyle with a season best time of 55.88, Jazlyn Reau in the 500 yard Freestyle with a high school career best time of 6:12.92, the 200 yard Freestyle Relay of Makayla Sanders, Fraker, Linda Hensley, and Jazlyn Reau with a time of 1:53.83, Kylie Balent in the 100 yard Backstroke with a season best time of 1:09.32, Linda Hensley in the 100 yard Breaststroke with a season best time of 1:13.99, and the 400 yard Freestyle Relay team of Amelia Danley, Lauren Stimpson, Makayla Sanders, and Linda Hensley with a time of 4:06.12.  Other High School Career Best times came from Norah Fraker and Maia Peoples in the 200 yard Individual Medley with respective times of 2:52.00 and 3:30.53, Jazlyn Reau and Amanda Harris in the 200 yard Freestyle with respective times of 2:18.51 and 2:41.08, and Norah Fraker in the 100 yard Freestyle with a time of 1:08.53.  More season best times came from Isabella Hennings and Lacey Gilson in the 500 yard Freestyle with respective times of 7:16.08 and 8:00.33, Makayla Sanders in the 100 yard Backstroke with a time of 1:10.10, and Lauren Stimpson and Lacey Gilson in the 100 yard Breaststroke with respective times of 1:17.69 and 1:41.77.  Tecumseh's next meet is scheduled for Thursday 10/7 against Ypsilanti at the Tecumseh Community Pool at 6pm.
